By accessing and using FN Coding Agent ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

FN Coding Agent is operated by FaireNation Limited, a certified software development company. These terms govern your use of our AI coding assistant platform integrated with Visual Studio Code.

2. Description of Service

FN Coding Agent provides an AI-powered coding assistant that helps developers build complete applications. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered code generation and completion
  • Multi-file context understanding
  • Access to state-of-the-art AI models
  • Integration with Visual Studio Code
  • Monthly message allocations based on your subscription plan

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

  • You have access to all features of the Service
  • No credit card is required to start the trial
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
  • After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service
  • Each user is entitled to one free trial per account

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

After your free trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • All fees are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Message allocations reset monthly and do not roll over
  • Additional message packs can be purchased at any time
  • Message packs never expire and roll over month to month

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or message pack purchases. Since we provide a generous 7-day free trial, you have ample opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused messages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate malicious code or software
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access the Service's underlying technology
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Abuse or exploit the Service in ways not intended
  • Use the Service for automated or high-volume commercial purposes without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FaireNation Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Code generated by the Service is owned by you. However, you acknowledge that AI-generated code may be similar to code generated for other users or available in public repositories.

9. Limitation of Liability

FaireNation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code generated will be error-free or suitable for production use without review and testing.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FaireNation Limited operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
